The SOLETOSOUL mentorship program provides comprehensive support to disadvantage, at-risk, or foster youth over a period of three months, focusing on their mental, physical, and emotional well-being. Through personalized mentorship, we aim to empower these young individuals to overcome challenges, build resilience, and develop essential life skills.

OUR PRINCIPLES

We examined the three crucial components essential for establishing a strong foundation and formulated a modern approach by transforming the concepts into actionable words that evoke empowerment.

Consciously control the physiological process through mental and physical exercises with the aim of gaining control of these functions. By receiving biofeedback, you can learn to manage conditions such as stress, anxiety and certain health issues by helping develop self-regulation skills.

    • Exploring different types of mindsets: growth mindset, fixed mindset, etc.

    • Mindfulness practices and exercises to promote a healthy mindset.

EXPLORING BIOFEEDBACK

  • Week 1-2: Introduction to Biofeedback
    • Understanding the basics of biofeedback and its impact on well-being.
    • Exploring the mind-body connection and its role in biofeedback.

  • Week 3-4: Practical Applications of Biofeedback

    • Learning biofeedback techniques such as deep breathing, heart rate variability (HRV), etc.

    • Incorporating biofeedback into daily routines for stress reduction and mental clarity.
